1 cup sugar
2 cups dark brown sugar
1 cup whipping cream
2 cups pecan pieces
¼ cup butter
1 Tbs. vanilla
Pinch salt
Combine sugars and cream. Cook slowly until 234°. Add nuts and cook a little longer. Remove from heat, add butter, vanilla & salt. Beat until sugary on the sides of pan. Put pan in cold water.
